Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to provide transparent and predictable shipping timelines. Please note that all timelines refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) – Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days. This includes internal validation, quality control, and packaging.

  • Transit Time: 7–10 business days. This is the estimated time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your destination.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 8–12 business days.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once the carrier scans the package. Please allow 24 hours for the initial tracking status to update.

International Customs & Imports: Customers are the “Importer of Record” and are responsible for ensuring the legality of products in their jurisdiction. Peptides in Bulk is not liable for packages seized or delayed by customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the specialized nature of Research-Use-Only chemicals and strict health and safety compliance standards, we maintain a rigorous return policy.

  • Return Period: We offer a 14-day window to report issues. However, please see the restrictions below.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and contamination prevention, all peptides and research chemicals are strictly non-returnable once they have left our facility. We cannot restock or resell these items once they have been in the possession of a third party.

  • Refund Eligibility: * Unfulfilled Orders: If you request a cancellation before the order has been processed/shipped, a full refund will be issued.

    • Fulfilled Orders: Because the products are non-returnable for safety reasons, we do not offer monetary refunds once an order has shipped.

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we provide a one-time free replacement (see Section 3).


3. Damage, Loss, and Resolution

While we do not accept returns of chemicals, we ensure you receive what you paid for through our Reshipment Protocol.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  1. Notify support@peptidesinbulk.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  3. Upon verification, we will issue a one-time reshipment at no cost to you.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows no movement or the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace. Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will provide a one-time reshipment. Note: If tracking shows “Delivered” to the address provided, our liability is fulfilled.
