Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
1.3 Shipping Cost
We charge a flat shipping rate of $45 on all orders.
1.4 Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
1.5 Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal in their location.
Peptides in Bulk is not responsible for customs delays or seized shipments.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Research-Use-Only Products
Because all peptides are research chemicals, we do not accept returns for safety and compliance reasons.
2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund the item at our discretion.
2.3 Lost Shipments
If tracking shows non-delivery or loss, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
