1. Shipping and Logistics Policy
1.1 Order Fulfillment Timeline
All received orders undergo internal validation and preparation. Fulfillment typically occurs within 1–2 business daysfollowing the placement of the order. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national and corporate holidays.
1.2 Transit Time Estimates
The standard estimated transit time is 7–10 business days. This duration depends on international logistics networks, the efficiency of the destination country’s postal system, and any customs clearance requirements. These times are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.
1.3 Uniform Shipping Rate
A non-refundable flat rate of $45.00 is applied to all outbound orders, regardless of destination, size, or weight.
1.4 Tracking Protocol
Once the shipment is transferred to the carrier, a tracking identifier is generated and emailed to the customer. Customers should allow up to 24 hours for initial tracking data to appear in the carrier’s system.
1.5 International Regulatory and Import Liability
Crucial Notice: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of the peptides and research chemicals ordered within their local, state, and national jurisdictions.
Customs Delays: Peptides in Bulk accepts no liability for delays caused by customs inspection.
Shipment Seizure/Denial: We are not responsible for orders seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs or governmental agencies. No refunds or reshipments will be issued in these cases.
Duties and Taxes: All import duties, tariffs, taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the $45.00 shipping charge.
2. Finality of Sale, Resolution, and Claims (Revised)
2.1 Principle of Final Sale (No Returns)
Due to the specialized nature of Research-Use-Only chemicals and strict compliance standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly fulfilled orders.
2.2 Resolution for Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Replacement Policy)
The only exception to the Final Sale policy applies to verified cases of product damage or fulfillment errors.
Requirements:
Notification: Customers must notify support@peptidesinbulk.com within 48 hours of documented delivery.
Evidence: Claims must include high-resolution photos clearly showing product damage, compromised packaging, or order discrepancies.
Reshipment Limit:
Upon approval, Peptides in Bulk will reship the order once (1).
No additional replacements or refunds will be issued beyond this single reshipment.
2.3 Procedure for Lost Shipments (Reshipment Policy)
If tracking indicates a non-delivery status or loss in transit:
The customer must notify us promptly so we can initiate a formal Trace Investigation with the carrier.
Peptides in Bulk must wait for the carrier’s official findings confirming the loss.
Reshipment Limit:
If the investigation confirms the package is lost, Peptides in Bulk will reship the order once (1).
No additional replacements or refunds will be provided beyond this single reshipment.
Liability Fulfilled:
If carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, Peptides in Bulk’s liability is considered fulfilled, and the claim will be denied.
3. Policy Adherence and Contact
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy document.
